Children are in for a summer holiday treat when The Makeshift Ensemble present The Children in The Moon at the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury.
Join The Makeshift Ensemble and their travelling teapot of tales on a magical celebration of discovery, courage and diversity.
The Children in the Moon is a wonderfully visual and original take on centuries-old children's verse.
Packed with puppetry and live music, this is an ideal show for all the family.
The storytellers weave the story of Zack and Lil using their beautifully hand-crafted puppets and their wonderful teapot of tales, a larger-than-life travelling tea machine which brews fabulous stories and doubles as a stage on which the characters can explore, play and bring their tales to life.
Their creative storytelling and imaginative use of theatrical techniques has been described as "a joy to behold".
