Where: Kiftsgate Court Gardens, Chipping Campden

When: Saturday, August 19 to Wednesday, September 6, 2017

An exhibition of stunning sculptures by the Oxford Sculptors Group is opening at Kiftsgate Court Gardens this weekend.

The Oxford Sculptors Group comprises both professional sculptors, with work in countries across the world, as well as gifted amateurs. For the first time at Kiftsgate Court Gardens, they will be showing nearly 100 pieces in a variety of media including stone, metals, glass and ceramic.

The sculptures will include interpretations of human, animal and plant forms over a wide range of sizes and styles.

Famed for the Kiftsgate rose, Kiftsgate Court Gardens, near Chipping Campden, is a series of interconnecting areas, each with its own character and secrets.

Set spectacularly on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment, it makes the perfect setting to see sculpture.

The exhibition runs from Saturday, August 19 until September 6 from 2pm to 6pm on the garden's usual opening days which are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in August and Monday, Wednesday and Sunday in September.

Admission is £8.50 for adults and £2.50 for children.
