Memorial concert to feature young musicians

Brimpsfield Music Society is holding a very special concert in February in memory of a founder member.

The Sue Phillips Memorial Concert will take place at St Philip & St James Church, Leckhampton, on Saturday, February 25th, at 6.30pm.

The concert will feature The Gloucestershire Youth Wind Orchestra, along with a number of award-winning young musicians. The director of music is Phil Storer.

A spokesman said: "This will be a wonderful colourful event with many young musicians performing. Please support if you can, or you may visit our website and make a little donation.

"Tickets are selling fast so don't delay. The ticket price of £15 includes a glass of wine at the interval."
