Where: Calcot Manor, near Tetbury

As deputy travel editor of The Times, Tom Chesshyre is known for his weekly column, The Cool Hotel Guide.
He's visited 94 countries and his travels include an 11,000-mile jaunt around Europe for his book on the European high-speed train revolution. He has written seven travel books.
In his latest book, From Source to Sea, Tom sets out from a Cotswold meadow to walk the length of the Thames. His journey begins a month after Brexit.
As the river slowly grows, he passes peaceful, quintessentially English villages and progresses to towns and cities steeped in history.
He encounters fishermen, lock-keepers, boat-builders, lifeboat men, river police, down-and-outs and a fair few fellow walkers.
He's a guest at a Hindu water ceremony, enjoys Kurdistani riverbank barbecues, sleeps in a shepherd's hut, gets lost in a marsh, drinks wine at houseboat parties by Tower Bridge... and visits many a jolly hostelry.
Tom revels in the sights, sounds and smells of a long river walk, while delving into its historic past.
From Source to Sea is a love letter to England's greatest river—one that has inspired countless writers and artists.
Tom will take questions and there will be a book signing organised by Bath bookshop Mr B's Emporium of Reading Delights.
The cost is £29.50, including a two-course lunch and glass of wine. To book, call 01666 890391.
