Live music nights at cricket club proving a hit

Where: Bourton Vale Cricket Club, Rissington Road, Bourton-on-the-Water

When: Friday, December 7, 8pm

To coincide with Bourton-on-the-Water's Christmas shopping night, PrettySimpleSongs Presents... will be holding its fourth music night at Bourton Vale Cricket Club.

The event on Friday, December 7, starts at 8pm with music from a number of special guests as well as an open mic.

Organiser Silvi Gonzalez said: "PrettySimpleSongs Presents... has quickly developed some very dedicated followers of musicians and music fans alike. Renowned musicians from around the country have travelled to perform at our music nights.

"We have heard an array of performers from all genres and ages, making it a welcoming, family-friendly evening of live music. There is always some good old-fashioned sing alongs and plenty of space for a bit of a dance too.

"The stage is open to everyone, so bring your guitar, sax, backing tracks etc. Come along and be a part of this unique, fun night."

Food will be served and there will be some fun Christmas songs going on until 11pm.

The evenings are held at the beautiful new pavilion at Bourton Vale Cricket Club and take place on the first Friday of each month.

There is no entry fee and each evening is put together and run by volunteers who all believe in music and community.
