In Pictures: Madness at Forest Live 2022

Saturday night was Madness - in a good way - as the iconic band took to the stage and performed for fans at Westonbirt Arboretum.

One of several sell-out Forest Live 2022 events, the summer concert series presented by Forestry England, Madness bought their trademark 'nutty' sound to the woodland arena on Saturday, June 11.

Drawing on their musical roots in ska, the band were responsible for some of the most credible pop compositions of their generation with the ability to write songs that sparkle with the spirit of British life.

Saturday night's set list included huge haul of hits such as 'One Step Beyond', 'My Girl', 'Baggy Trousers', 'House Of Fun', 'Our House' and 'Wings Of A Dove'.

The band were supported by special guests The Farm and Emily Capell.

Forest Live is a major outdoor live music series that introduces forests to new audiences in unique, natural woodland arenas around the country.

More than 1.9 million people have attended a Forest Live gig in the last twenty years, enjoying great music and supporting the nation's forests when buying a ticket.
