This Saturday (July 31st) a huge equestrian day is being held in Cirencester, which horse lovers can go along to spectate.
The Ladies 18- Goal final is always an exciting event in the horse-riding calendar. After the tumultuous last year everyonr has endured, Cirencester Park Polo Club have also secured something exciting for the day, talented dressage rider Anne Marie Bork-Eppers to do a fantastic freestyle music dressage show. Alongside this, there will be a demonstration from The Retraining of Racehorses Charity.
Desi Dillingham MBE, founding chairman of British Dressage, will be hosting and speaking about the demonstrations on the day. There will also be various trade stands for excellent shopping opportunities as well
Anne Marie Bork Eppers who as well as being an international dressage rider, runs a successful training and livery yard within the park, will be performing a freestyle to music dressage performance.
She said: "I am delighted to have been asked to perform with our horses at the CPPC as this is a place we love to come, and I hope we can inspire people to understand and appreciate both dressage and the versatility of thoroughbreds.
I work on producing dressage horses up to Grand Prix and retrain racehorses, both of which requires a lot of patience and dedication. Our stables in Cirencester Park provide the perfect setting for a varied day for the horses, and I hope you will enjoy watching them as much as I've enjoyed producing them!"
The day is open to anyone, member or not. Tickets are £10 per person on the door in cash.
Gates open at 10 AM. Main attractions start from 1pm after lunch. Visitors can either bring their own picnics or there will be a barbecue on the day as restaurant is fully booked.
