Experience a little bit of Asia in Cheltenham

Cheltenham Asian Food Market will be held in the heart of Cheltenham on the weekends of July 24 - 25 and August 14 - 15.

The market will be situated at the promenade outside Cavendish House in Cheltenham town centre from 11am - 6pm.

This is a great chance for the people of Gloucestershire to try a variety of Asian cuisines from a range of countries, including the Philippines, Malaysian, Sri Lankan, Chinese, Thailand, Indian, Tibet, Borneo, Vietnamese and Persian food.

There will be up to 20 stalls consisting of Asian street food, desserts and alcohol.

This event, which is free to attend, aims to preserve the Asian culture and heritage by making it accessible to a wider audience.

This will give the community a chance to appreciate and further explore the rich and diverse heritage of Asia through food and drink.

The organiser of the event, Josephine Laurence, originally from Borneo, initiated the Asian Food Market as she wanted to bring the uniqueness of Asia to the UK countryside.

Everyone living in or outside of Gloucestershire is welcome to the event. Grab your friends and family to experience a little bit of Asia in the regency town of Cheltenham!
