Where: Stroud Subscription Rooms
When: Sunday, July 21, 10am to 3pm
Organisers of the fourth Stroud Vegan Fair are excited about the event happening this Sunday (July 21).
It will be the perfect opportunity for you to stock up on all your favourite vegan goodies from local vendors, as well as the chance to meet up with like-minded individuals over a pint of vegan beer (or something non-alcoholic)!
As well as boasting an impressive line-up of traders showcasing everything from vegan food to ethical clothing, as well as cruelty-free cosmetics and household brands, the event will also feature an exciting programme of thought-provoking talks and demos throughout the day.
There will be 28 traders in the ballroom selling a range of vegan products including cakes, chocolate, cheeze, fake meats, clothing, make-up and household products.
There will also be street food on offer from The Hogless Roast (Cheltenham-based) and Firmly Planted (Swindon-based) as well as an outdoor vegan wine bar from The Vegan Wine Box.
The talks programme includes 'Why You Don't Need Dairy' with Juliet Gellatley, founder and director of Viva! and 'Running and Vegetables' with Caspar from Trained Personally.
There will be a fermentation cookery demo with Erin Baker from Natural Cookery School, Stroud's very own plant-based chef, cookery school teacher and queen of #MeatFreeMonday.
The festival will also feature Music on the Forecourt with the likes of Tom Clissold, Molly-Anne and local Stroudie Luke Clemenger.
Stroud Vegan Fair will be open from 10am till 3pm and entry is £2, with accompanied children under 14 free.
