Enchanted Light Trail shines bright across the Cotswolds

Throughout this festive season, the glittering lights of Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park will guide visitors to their new magical Enchanted Light Trail.

This beautiful winter wonderland transformation is now open until 31st December.

The Enchanted Light Trail invites visitors to enter a magical world and journey 'Through the Wardrobe' with the help of Florrie the Faun, and experience Cotswold Farm Park as a sparkling land of snow and ice with barns, paddocks and woodland walks illuminated by twinkling lights.

No visit is complete without meeting some of the farm's friendly residents with, not one but two, twinkle lit Animal Barns brimming with furry friends large and small, all waiting for trail-goers to pop in and say hello, as they venture further into the illuminated frozen wonderland.

The family-friendly trail features stunning new light installations and colourful illuminations.

Visitors of all ages can boogie at the extra-special Frozen Ball silent disco, complete with dancefloor and glitterball, plus a range of tunes to bop along to whilst little ones enjoy the soft play area, sandpit or a ride on the miniature electric tractors!

Warm up at the fire pits and marvel at the dazzling fire display and perhaps enjoy a toasted s'more or festive hot drink, before strolling through the enchanting woodland after hours, venturing into the Snow Queen's Lair which features mysterious creatures and the opportunity to capture a magical family photo amongst the stunning illuminations.

Farmer and TV presenter Adam Henson said: "This year's Enchanted Light Trail has transformed our beautiful Cotswold location into a frozen winter wonderland and magical creatures have appeared!

"We invite everyone to join us for a spectacular evening experience for all ages and share in the magic this December."

As a final treat, there will be several food outlets, including The Ox Shed bar & restaurant, offering visitors the chance to warm up with some tasty winter delights. The Farm Park's Festive Shop will also be stocked with handpicked seasonal gifts for a little retail therapy.

Cotswold Farm Park's Enchanted Light Trail: 'Through the Wardrobe' is now open to visitors and runs until 31st December, with tickets from £12 - £25.There are also Twilight Sessions available to book at 4.15pm and 4.30pm, ideal for young children or those who want to enjoy a quieter/more well-lit experience.
