Easter fun at the Corinium Museum

There's plenty to keep the family entertained at the Corinium Museum in Cirencester during the Easter holidays.

From Tuesday, April 15 to Sunday, November 2, 'Brickus Orpheus' is a mythical trail of people, gods, goddesses and animals all made out of LEGO® bricks to mark the 200th anniversary of the discovery of the Orpheus Mosaic at Barton Farm in Cirencester and celebrate all things Orpheus.
This trail is part of the National Lottery Heritage Funded partnership project with the Barn Theatre and New Brewery Arts. Admission is £2.50.
On Thursday, April 17, there's a chance for young ones to make Mini Mosaics.

Join museum staff for a morning of mosaic making. We will explore the museum looking for inspiration from the museum's Roman mosaic collections.
During this workshop, which runs from 10.30am-12pm, you will create a mosaic tile to take home using colourful, safe glass tiles. All materials and instruction will be provided.
The workshop costs £10-£12.50 and is suitable for ages six and above and booking is essential.
