Creative photography workshop for young people

When: Thursday, August 15, 11am-3pm
Are you a young person aged 14-21? Discover a creative approach to the art of photography at Gloucester Cathedral.
Slow down and take a fresh look at the world around you. Take time out for you, reduce stress and improve your photography
Bring a mobile phone or camera. The course is suitable for all abilities
The course will be run by Ruth Davey at Look Again who's approach is centered around:
- The Five Ways to Wellbeing, developed by the New Economics Foundation, and used throughout the NHS: Connect, Learn, Be Active, Give and Take Notice
- The key attitudes to mindfulness
- Time for quiet and stillness in nature
- Keeping things simple, low-tech (any device will do) and fun!
Tickets are £2.50 with a £2.50 booking fee added to your transaction (total cost will be £5 per person) and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
