Craft and produce market offers that 'something special'

Where: St John's Church, Churchdown

When: Saturday, November 30, 10am to 12 noon

There's a great chance to buy some Christmas gifts at Churchdown Craft and Produce Market's final market of 2019 on Saturday morning (November 30).

The market takes place at St John's Church, Churchdown, from 10am to 12 noon and, as always, the stalls will either be local people selling their own handmade items or produce stalls.

Spokesperson Paul Garwood said: "If you want to buy mass produced items this is not the place for you, but if you want something special for you or that someone special then this market is for you."

The market always has between around 25 stalls drawn from its pool of 50 stallholders.

Stalls confirmed for Saturday's market range from Anthea Searle Jewellery to Elaine Blatchford cards and prints, Jean Williams Horseshoe art and Mary Stafford home made wreaths.

Paul added: "The market is just completing its fifth year. In any month about 50% of stalls have changed from the previous month so there is always something new to see. We look forward to seeing you and helping solve those present problems."
