Children set for a day of fun in the woods

Where: Robinswood Hill Country Park, Gloucester

When: Sunday, October 1, 11am-2pm

Youngsters are being offered the chance to take part in a day of bushcraft and den building at Robinswood Hill Country Park this Sunday (October 1).

The event, aimed at children aged seven to 13, is being hosted by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust at its headquarters.

It's a great opportunity for children to get out and about and enjoy three hours and den building and bushcraft using branches and twigs to create a woodland hideaway.

Parents are welcome to stay but if they choose not to must leave their contact details with one of the team leaders on the day. Refreshments will be provided for the participating children

The cost is £4 per child and you can book a place by calling 01452 383333.
