Charity hare art auction launched for the Cotswolds

All 128 artist designed hares from this years hugely successful Cotswolds AONB Hare Trail are now available via an special online auction, in aid of two vital local projects managed by Cotswolds AONB.

The hand-painted giant 5ft hares, the new style 3ft springers and the dinky leverets are all available online to view and bid on until 8pm on Friday, October 5.

With the hare designs showcasing everything from blooms and butterflies to horse racing and heavenly skies, there's a one-of-a-kind sculpture to suit every taste, with the proceeds of the auction going to the Cotswolds AONB charity.

From eye-catching garden sculptures to business reception areas, the hares can be at home in so many settings and are sure to get you noticed, whilst supporting and celebrating the glorious Cotswolds.

Martin Lane, CEO of Cotswolds AONB, said: "We're very impressed with the quality and beauty of this year's hares, and are delighted to be the trail's charity partner.

"We are dedicated to conserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the Cotswolds AONB, while increasing awareness and enjoyment of it, which this year's trail has clearly achieved.
