Chance for kids to cook up a storm

Where: Harts Barn Cookery School, Longhope GL17 0QD

Date: Sunday, September 30, 1.30pm-4pm

Harts Barn Cookery School, based in an awe-inspiring location in the Forest of Dean, is holding a children's cookery course next month.

Kids Cookery - Making Simple Meals will teach children how to make meals they can easily replicate at home.

Each kids cookery class will include the recipes to take home so children can build up their own recipe folder.

All the items cooked or baked during the class can be taken home to share.

Tastings are available during the class and soft drinks and aprons will be provided. Children under 7 will need to be accompanied by an adult carer.

The cost of the course is £25 and places can be booked via the Harts Barn website.

The tutor is DBS checked and has worked with children on many occasions.

Harts Barn Cookery School, which is based on a site dating back to 1068, was officially opened by Adam Henson in June 2011.
