Book club set to welcome new author

A local author is to be the special guest of a book club for young adults.

Hanni Lane will be visiting the YA Book Club Glos club which meets fortnightly from 2-3pm at the café in Waterstones Gloucester.

Based in Ross-on-Wye, Hanni will be visiting the club on Sunday, September 8, to talk about her debut novel 'LIving With Yourself' which is suitable for teens and young adults figuring out who they are.

Club organiser Beth Winter said: "The club is aimed at young adults between 18 and 25. We talk about books we are currently reading or have read and we make recommendations to each other. We also talk about upcoming festivals and events. New members are always welcome.

"However, anyone is welcome to join on Sunday 8th and meet Hanni Lane to talk about her book, becoming an author or to have their copy signed."

The YA Book Club Glos is available on Facebook and Instagram pages or under #WaterstonesYA.
