Lee Woodward is more accustomed to a pilot's seat but he agreed to face a fresh challenge when he took his place in the Punchline Talks hot seat.

The chief executive of Skyborne Airline Academy flight school, which has been in a bespoke base at Gloucestershire Airport since 2017, takes about his time as a British Airways pilot, the impact of the pandemic and the return of air travel plus why the airport was the standout choice for commercial flight training.

He also discusses plans for the future with the purchase of a training facility in Florida, the creation of a digital ground school and introducing training for cabin crew and maintenance staff.
