VIDEO Punchline Talks: Friday Briefing Jan 15

It has been a turbulent start to the new year so it is good to know some things can be relied on - such as the Punchline Friday Business Briefing.

Punchline-Gloucester.com's Friday Business Briefing is back, this week we launch our second episode of the second series.

Each week, Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen is joined by a panel of Gloucestershire's leading business figures to run the rule over the headlines which caught their eyes - and the stories behind them.

Joining him this week are:

• John Workman - Senior partner, BPE Solicitors

• Councillor Dawn Melvin - Cabinet member for economic recovery and growth, Gloucester City Council

• Joe Roberts - Director, Roberts Limbrick Architects

• Marc Begg - Managing director, Cirencester Fabrication Services

Among the issues discussed this week are Covid-19, cyber security and the Cheltenham development, the changing space of the high street, the £107m redevelopment of Kings Quarter and Marc Begg tells us why he decided to buy a new business during the pandemic and how it is working out.

Subscribe to the Punchline daily newsletter to be among the first to see the weekly Friday briefings.
