Rob Lister has run Lister Unified Communications Ltd for over twenty years with his brother Tom Lister.

The firm now employs over 40 people has a turnover of over £7million and operates all over the UK but mainly in Gloucestershire from its HQ based in Stonehouse.

It is a tough business to be in and you can only be successful by keeping your eye on the ball. Rob explains how the company started, how they keep ahead of technology, the problems they have experienced going in and coming out of Covid and the lessons leant running a business.
