Punchline Talks! The B!G interview with Paul Wanford from the 'Fitness Team' and Xerlife

Before the pandemic Paul had a thriving gym in Cheltenham with 12 instructors working from 6am until 9pm, seven days a week - covering over 250 hours of PT per week with over 200 customers.

On March 13th after the first national lockdown was announced he had to shut the gym, went home and cried.

Slowly he has managed to rebuild the business and start a new one.

He's had to adapt or die.

Here's his story. It's inspirational - blood, sweat and tears, that thankfully didn't leave the Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen out of breath.
