Punchline Talks! The B!G interview with Joshua Taee - MD of Huffkins bakery and tearooms

How did a Cotswold family bakery and tearoom go from one to eight stores, three concessions in John Lewis and pop-up stores in Japan, growing the business to a turnover of over £6million and 100 employees?

Huffkins bakery and tearooms started in 1890 and in the first 120 years growth was pretty slow. But when brothers Joshua and Joseph returned from careers as barristers in London, they quickly caught the business bug and took the company to a completely different level.

Having just taken over a new store in Morton in Marsh this month, this is a fantastic success journey about one of Gloucestershire's most loved brands explained to Punchline-gloucester.com editor Mark Owen by MD Joshua Taee who shares his passion for the family firm, afternoon teas and R&D.

There are valuable lessons learnt, achieving the sweat taste of success and making some dough along the way (sorry I couldn't help myself).
