Deborah Flint, co-owner of Cinderhill Farm in St Briavels in the Forest of Dean, has been a key supplier to Gloucester Services since the day it opened.

From the eight-acre pig and sheep farm she runs with husband Neil on Gloucestershire's Welsh border, Deborah and her 16-strong team produce around 10,000 hand made sausage rolls and pasties a week, with the majority going to feed hungry motorists.

Having landed a deal to supply Gloucester Services from day one, the business's annual turnover has grown to about £1 million.

But Deborah hasn't always lived the idyllic country life - she previously worked as a fundraiser, travelling extensively.

"I needed a rest and a change," she said, admitting she was inspired by the TV show The Good Life.
