Punchline Talks! The B!G Interview with Brusk Korkmaz, Hercules Site Services

Brusk Korkmaz, managing director and founder of Hercules Site Services started the business from his bedroom in 2008 after spotting a gap in the construction labour market.

The company employs over 50 staff at their HQ in South Cerney business park, with a further 600 plus staff on site. The company's current audited accounts are already showing a turnover over £32.8m.

This is a great Gloucestershire success story and here Brusk tells how he grew the company, the good and hard times, the wins and the mistakes made plus the secret to its success.

Brusk is a nice guy, who has worked his socks off to achieve his success and build a successful company to floating it on the AIM market this February (2022)
