E124 Punchline Talks! With Clare Vertigen, Mark Gale, Ian Mean and Chun Kong
By Mark Owen
Each Friday, Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen is joined by leading Gloucestershire business figures from a range of backgrounds to review Fridays national & regional newspapers, discuss what is happening in their own business sector and in their own individual businesses.
Finally, they round off by picking the stories that have caught their eye in this week's Punchline-Gloucester.com.
The Business Breakfast Briefer show is sponsored by Hazlewoods Accountants and Business Advisors.
This week's panel of experts were:

The trust is currently being featured in a six-part series on Channel 4's - Cotswold Farm Shop about producers across the county providing produce to Gloucester Services on M5. Mark explains about the charity and its work, the TV show and helping people into work.
Chun Kong - Co-owner of Mayflower Chinese Restaurant has finally decided after 42 years to call time on the business - who has he sold it too, why now and what's next - he also discusses the secret of the hospitality business, from little things like laying the table spoons and how he helped young people find their 'smile'.
Ian Mean - Director of Business West. Ian is the ex-editor of The Citizen and Echo as well as the Western Daily Press, he is passionate about apprenticeships, and it is a theme that runs through the show today.
