This week's panel of experts were:

Gary Jones - chairman and founder of Glevum Windows which has a turnover of £10million and employs 82 people over two divisions. Gary started the business in 1982.

Adam Shearing - associate director of business solutions at Hazlewoods. Hazlewoods are one of the county's biggest accountants employing 485 staff, over 200 of them are apprentices.

Sarah Stephens-Lewis - assistant principal for apprentices and employer engagement at South Gloucestershire & Stroud (SGS) College, the college has over 1,000 staff spilt across six sites.
