- John Workman - senior partner at BPE Solicitors. The company employs 135 staff with a turnover of over £10million.
- Cllr Richard Cook - leader of Gloucester City Council. The council has a budget of between £13million - £14million and employs 230 staff.
- Martin Hughes - CEO of Lillian Faithful Care. The charity has five homes in Gloucestershire, 420 staff and a turnover of £15million.
