Taking their places on the business briefing panel this week were:
RACHEL GELIAMASSI - managing director of Stagecoach West, turnover pre-pandemic £25million, Rachel's area covers Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Swindon and Bristol - with bus depots in all of them. She has 1,400 staff with 500 buses on the roads everyday. She can drive a double-decker bus and started in the business as an apprentice.
DORIAN WRAGG - commercial partner based in the Bruton Knowles Gloucester office. His primary focus is commercial asset management; he has a wealth of expertise across a range of business sectors and specialises in managing complex, multi sector property assets. Dorian is the lead asset manager for Gloucester's new £107million regeneration project - The Forum.
JONATHAN VINEY - director of JV Consultancy Group - JV as he's fondly known has been in the sales game for over 30 years and worked for some of the UK's biggest blue chip companies. During the pandemic he launched is own successful consultancy. He's a sales guru and that also helps new companies as part of GFirst LEP Growth Hub teams of advisers.
TARA VAUGHAN - owner and director of The Native Butcher - launched on the first day of 'lockdown' at Lime Kiln Farm the business has grown from strength to strength - Tara and her farm owner partner Richard Barter breed all their own animals and use these to butcher and sell. They have recently launched the Native Kitchen - the opportunity to host events/dining experience at the farm.
