E108 Punchline Talks! with Toby Coombes, Roger White, Cllr Tony Davey and Dr Polly Pick

Each Friday, Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen is joined by leading Gloucestershire business figures from a range of backgrounds to review Fridays national & regional newspapers, discuss what is happening in their own business sector and in their own individual businesses.

Finally, they round off by picking the stories that have caught their eye in this week's Punchline-Gloucester.com.

The Business Breakfast briefer show is sponsored by Hazlewoods Accountants and Business Advisors.

This week's panel of experts were:

Toby Coombes - director and architect at coombes:everitt, based in Cheltenham with 12 employees, approximate turnover of just under £1million - the company is responsible for a number of ironic projects in the county including the £5million new build at National Star College.

Dr Polly Pick - director of business engagement and partnership at University of Gloucestershire - she worked for many years in the private sector but for ten years in sales and marketing in the electronics industry.

Cllr Tony Davey - partner and co-owner of two Stroud shops - Confection Affection & Party On UP! He is also Independent town councillor, and chair of the Stroud Chambers of Trade and Commerce - he's also a principle balloon decorator.

Roger White - MD and owner of Severnside Software Limited - Roger is an IT Guru with a team of software engineers behind him based at Waterwells Business Park. He's also the only person Mark let into his house during the pandemic to set up his home office PCs.
