GEOFF BURCH - is a business GURU, renowned international motivational speaker, TV presenter and host of the popular BBC 2 business series 'Go it alone' - he's written five books including the best seller - 'Resistance is useless'.

AMANDA TONER - director and inspiration leader of Incito Group Ltd - franchisee for McDonalds throughout Gloucestershire with over 1,400 staff across five stores in Gloucester, two in Cheltenham and one in Stroud. With a turn over of £40million - that's a lot of fast food. How do they do it?

DAVID JONES - managing director of Cheltenham based property and planning consultants Evans Jones, last year the company celebrated its 50 years in business. David cycled over 206 miles in three days a distance raising over £16,000 for charity.

SIMON MONAHAN - managing director of sports fashion brand Sara-da-Silva named after his wife, the husband and wife team work from home and buy in their raw materials from Brazil. The company has been going for eight years and although trading and the rising cost of materials the company has still turned over £1million.
