To mark National Apprenticeship Week (February 6-12), Punchline-Gloucester.com has been talking to apprentices and people who work with apprentices from around the county.

Poppy Matthews, 23, is in her second year as a PR and communications apprentice at Cheltenham Borough Council. She studied photography at SGS College, then went to University of Gloucestershire to study documentary and photo journalism.

Now she is part of a team looking after the social media and writing press releases for Cheltenham Borough Council and Cheltenham Borough Homes.
