Woman attacked by masked men in Cheltenham

Gloucestershire police are appealing for witnesses following an aggravated burglary in the Warden Hill area of Cheltenham.

Just before 7am on Friday November 3 one of the occupants of a house, a young woman, opened the front door to what she thought was a delivery person.

However a group of men with their faces covered forced their way through and pushed the woman to the floor, repeatedly punching her. They then demanded money and other valuable items before leaving at speed in a dark coloured car.

Officers are reassuring the public that they believe this to be an isolated incident.

Anyone with information should call Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 or email 101@gloucestershire.police.uk quoting incident 54 of 3 November 2017. Or you can report anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
