Weird Fish helps homeless cats and dogs

Cheltenham-based casual clothing brand, Weird Fish, has announced the winner of a new charity T-shirt design after teaming up with world famous Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

'Eat, Sleep, Walk, Repeat' imagined by Faith Smith, will be the latest addition to Weird Fish's artist T-shirt Collection.

The new charity T-shirt will be on sale before the end of the year for £20, with £5 from each garment going to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, one of the UK's oldest and most famous animal rescue centres.

At the start of the summer Weird Fish held a Facebook competition inviting applicants to send in their dog-inspired ideas along with a photo of their favourite four legged friend.

The concepts were then brought to life by Weird Fish artist Richard Skipworth, with the winning sketch decided by Facebook likes.

John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: "Our latest T-shirt is a great example of Weird Fish's commitment to creativity and sense of humour. It's bold and quirky and has an added bonus of supporting a cause that's very close to our hearts, with money from each T-shirt sale going directly to the charity.

"We're delighted with our new partnership with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and have the utmost respect for the work they do in rescuing and re-homing dogs and cats."

The winning T-shirt, 'Eat, Sleep, Walk, Repeat,' imagined by Faith Smith, will see her rescue dog Mani being brought to life. Faith will also receive a free copy of her T-shirt along with £200 to spend with Weird Fish.
