Family firm Gillman's are celebrating 50 years of serving the people of Gloucestershire.

Now one of the best-known names in the county, the domestic appliance specialists started out in 1969.

Half a century on they now operate from 10,000 square feet of prime Gloucester real estate on St Oswald's Road and employ 82 people.

Gillman's enlisted Moose Marketing and PR, the publishers of Punchline, to produce a 50th anniversary video.

It received its premiere screening at the company's big birthday bash at Cheltenham Racecourse last weekend.

The company stocks a wide range of brands and is famous for its personal customer service and knowledge and extensive variety of appliances.

The range includes washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, range cookers, fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, TVs, vacuum cleaners and small household appliances.
