VIDEO Glos Lift Off: Digital silver lining on jobs horizon

Cyber and digital innovation is ensuring there is some brightness for Gloucestershire amid the economic gloom from coronavirus, according to Cheltenham MP Alex Chalk.

Mr Chalk was talking in a video interview with Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen at the Gloucestershire Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeship Lift Off at Kingsholm

He talked about the value of the industry to the area, success stories from the cyber accelerator and the growing infrastructure for the Cyber Central campus near GCHQ.

He said: "If you look at other parts of the world with an emphasis on this, they are thriving.

"The future for cyber in and around Gloucestershire is very bright indeed."
