VIDEO Dale Vince excited by vegan meal expansion

Dale Vince has described the link up with online retailer Ocado to sell the Devil's Kitchen range of vegan meals as "the next logical step".

The burgers have proved popular at Forest Green Rovers, the world's first vegan football club, where Mr Vince is chairman.

And as reported in Punchlne-Gloucester.com, they are now available for general sale after the link up with Ocado.

In a video interview with Punchline editor Mark Owen, Mr Vince said they were looking to expand the company's factory in Stroud and hoped to grow from the equivalent of two cows per day to 20 by the end of the year.

The founder of Ecotricity said: "We are super excited about it. We've lit the blue touch paper, we are going to sit back and hopefully they'll prove super popular."

"Ocado is our first step into retail and we hope to expand on that."
