Nearly half of the customers who used a UK delivery company experienced problems in the last six months.
Evri has been named the UK's worst parcel firm, with 44% of users encountering delivery problems, as reported by Retail Gazette.

Ofcom found that the firm, which rebranded from Hermes two years ago, achieved the lowest levels of customer satisfaction, despite improving from its 2023 performance to 32% over the past year.
Rival Yodel was only slightly better, with a satisfaction score of just 38%.
The annual Post Monitoring Report by the watchdog found that, while 78% of customers receiving a parcel are satisfied with delivery companies, 67% have experienced a problem over the last six months.
The most common problems cited were delivery delays (27%), parcels left in inappropriate places (23%), drivers not knocking loudly enough (20%) and not being given enough time to answer the door (19%).
At the other end of the scale, Amazon (56%) and DHL (55%) received the highest levels of satisfaction for their handling of complaints.
The report also found that Royal Mail had won back some of the parcel sales it had lost the previous year due to industrial action, despite it continuing to make a loss.
Evri said it handles 730 million parcels a year and 99% are 'successfully delivered on time'. It said it recognises there is more work to be done but is making improvements year on year.
