Two arrests in connection with serious assault

Two arrests have been made in connection with a serious assault which took place on Nettleton Road in Gloucester on Wednesday (23 January).

A 26-year-old man and 22-year-old woman, both from Gloucester, were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm yesterday, Thursday 24 January and they remain in custody at this time.

The arrests relate to the assault in which a man in his 20s sustained serious head injuries.

The police are still asking for anyone who may have information on the assault to let them know by calling 101 quoting incident number 460 of 23 January.
