A drug bust in Gloucester yesterday led to the arrest of three men and the seizure of a quantity of drugs and money.
Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary's Force Crime Operations team carried out an intelligence led search of a property on Robinhood Street yesterday.
They made the discovery of drugs and money and arrested three men from London, aged 18, 20 and 21, on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
All three men remain in custody.
Force Crime Operations Detective Inspector Dave Shore-Nye said: "My team received intelligence about drug dealing and possible cuckooing of a vulnerable adult at the property and this is when we took the decision to attend the address and subsequently make the arrests.
"This is an example of the team's speedy action to safeguard vulnerable members of the community and disrupt a county line.
"Anyone with concerns about vulnerable people being exploited in their communities or with any information which could help us to prevent these networks from operating in the county is asked to please contact us on 101."
The case is being treated as linked to the county lines issue, which is a force priority and more information on Gloucestershire Constabulary's operation to tackle dangerous drug networks.
