Three Elmbridge Court offices to let

Commercial property group Colliers has been appointed by LSPIM, alongside THP to market three 1,800 sq ft office units at Elmbridge Court.

Elmbridge Court offers flexible and open plan office space, conveniently situated and easily accessible from both Gloucester and Cheltenham.

The office space is said to be of a high specification, with comfort cooling, double glazed entrance screens and windows to provide tenants with a high level of natural daylight, and suspended ceilings with LG7 compliant lighting.

Sustainability has been a main focus for Elmbridge Court, with a energy performance rating of B and solar power to offset electricity costs.

The site also offers a high level of security with full CCTV coverage and secure car parking with EV charging points.

James Preece, director of National Offices at Colliers, said: "Elmbridge Court offers a high calibre of office space in an excellent location. Sustainability conscious businesses seeking new offices of around 1,800 sq ft in the Gloucester/Cheltenham area should consider the options we can offer here."

Richard Crabb, director at THP said: "It's great to see landlords such as LSPIM, upgrading their office parks to become more sustainable. It's so important to do as much as we can to improve the way we work and become more eco-friendly.

"It's the small things we change now, that will start to make a big difference."
