With 3,000 businesses already helped from its Gloucester headquarters it is hoped the Tewkesbury Growth Hub will sprinkle some of the same magic.

This evening (November 21) will see the organisation extend its network of hubs with the official opening of its latest base - at Tewkesbury Borough Council's offices.

Branded and kitted out with the livery-style, staff and services already well established at its Gloucester success story at The University of Gloucestershire's Oxstalls campus, the new centre will aim to support businesses big and small in their quest for growth.

"Three businesses are already incubated there," said a spokesman for the Growth Hub, meaning that fledgling companies are already plugging into the expertise on offer from the business experts available.

The hub network is not just for young business - it also helps established big business and high-growth companies.

Doors open at 5.30pm this evening at the Public Services Centre, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT.

"Businesses can access unrivalled support and advice from council services, including important regulatory, planning and environmental health advice," said the spokesman.
