Tasty business idea seeks property deal

A pop-up restaurant business is reaching out to venue owners in Gloucestershire for a more permanent space.

Indie Veggie, currently a pop up kitchen which describes itself as conjuring up "amazing street food flavours from Kenya and India" is looking to do deals in the county.

In short, it is appealing to businesses with a space for a kitchen or café, anyone who wants someone to run a café, or who wants vegan food on the menu at their café or restaurant, to get in touch.

The idea being it can either run the food operation in its entirety, or compliment what is already there.

"Perhaps there's a charity, social enterprise, community building, garden centre, gift shop, sports venue or social club," said Sandeep Kanabar.

"Or maybe you've been thinking about hosting a café in your venue but don't want to be bogged down by running it.

"Well, Indie Veggie can set up a café or make use of an existing kitchen space anywhere in the Gloucestershire area. And, Indie Veggie is committed to working to your existing vision and values."

In return the host business will be able to make the most out of its existing space and receive rent.
