Stroud state agent, Whitaker Seager has been awarded the property industry's prestigious mark of excellence for the third consecutive year at the national Best Estate Agent Guide awards.

Each year, a rigorous independent analysis is carried out assessing every estate and letting agent in the country on their property marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of price achieved compared with other agents in the same location. The very best agents are then listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide, a website for landlords and sellers to help choose who to sell or let their property.

Whitaker Seager was recognised in two categories for service and sales.

Founded three years ago by Liz Whitaker-Street and Amy Seager, the company's approach to property sales focuses on honesty, integrity, a friendly approach, and professionalism.
