Stagecoach West launches new round the clock service

Bus company Stagecoach West has launched a new 24 hours a day service between Gloucester and Cheltenham.

It means that the Stagecoach Gold 94 will be running around the clock from Monday to Saturday.

The service operates from Gloucester through Longlevens and Churchdown to Cheltenham.

A Stagecoach West spokesperson said: "Whether you are working a late shift or spending the evening out with your friends we'll be able to get you home - no matter what time of the day.

"We'll be running up to every 10 minutes throughout the day, with services running at least every 30 minutes in the late evening and early hours from Monday to Saturday."

The new service has been launched just in time for this week's Cheltenham Festival from March 13 - 16 which sees hundreds of thousands of visitors descending on Gloucestershire for the action at Cheltenham racecourse.
