St. Modwen Park Gloucester welcomes two new tenants

St. Modwen Logistics has revealed the addition of two new occupiers to its business park in Gloucester, as demand soars for its small and mid-box warehouse space.
St. Modwen Park Gloucester, close to Junction 12 of the M5, welcomes businesses Great British Card Company which will occupy a 74,000 sq ft unit, as well as Gardiner Bros & Co expanding to occupy a further 54,422 sq ft at the park.
St. Modwen said all units benefit from the Swan Standard Responsible Business guidelines that ensure its business parks are delivered to a BREEAM Excellent standard.
