St. Modwen Logistics completes trio of lettings

St. Modwen Logistics has announced a major new lettings at St. Modwen Park Gloucester, as well as two at St. Modwen Park Stoke South.

Global energy services and equipment provider, Schlumberger, has signed a pre-let on a 55,000 sq ft unit in Gloucester.

The company says it continues to benefit from the strong operational demand for quality logistics and industrial space.

The news follows a series of deals this year, which has seen the developer lease 1m sq ft of space to new customers since the start of 2021, reaffirming the current appetite for urban and big box warehouses.

Customer names include DB Schenker, Gardiner Brothers & Co, Super Smart Services, DWK Life Sciences and Euro Star Global - equating to 1,060,769 sq ft of space let across the UK.

Polly Troughton, managing director at St. Modwen Logistics, said: "Our successful first half of 2021 is testament to the quality of our locations across the country and our commitment to delivering the highest quality product in line with our Swan Standard which puts sustainability and customer needs at the heart of our specification.
