Sign up for SGS College’s annual Employer Conference now

SGS College is holding its fifth annual Employer Conference on 21st February, supporting employers across the West of England to engage in apprenticeships.

The conference is supported by all the West of England colleges, providing employers with a unique opportunity to understand the apprenticeship provision offered across the region and to hear the latest developments on funding and employer incentive payments.

Focusing on professional and higher level apprenticeships, workshops will provide an insight into how these programmes can support CPD for both existing employees and new entrants.

The conference will also cover the wrap-around support from providers, including recruitment, learning support and funding advice.

As ever, the conference will address the hottest topics in apprenticeships. Funding updates include clarity on the 20 per cent off-the-job requirement, an opportunity for levy-transfer and a new funding system for non-levy paying employers.

With around 200 delegates attending, the conference provides a great networking opportunity to meet like-minded employers also engaging in apprenticeships.
