Sherbornes, the Cheltenham-based employment and business law specialists, have strengthened their team in response to a growing demand for their services.
They have appointed Ellie Forsyth who is currently a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and who joins the firm from BPE Solicitors.

Trula Brunsdon, a director of Sherbornes, said: "In response to a strong and sustained level of growth in demand for our services both from employers and employees, we decided to look for a new member to join our team.
"We are absolutely delighted to welcome Ellie. Right from our first contact with her, we were impressed with the depth of her employment law knowledge and her refreshing approach. She will be a great addition, particularly as she is just about to qualify as a chartered legal executive".
Ellie Forsyth said: "I am very excited to be joining Sherbornes at this stage in their growth. I had been aware of the firm for some time and their hard-earned reputation for being employment law experts and their practical, no-nonsense approach.
"When the opportunity came up to join the firm, I had no hesitation in taking it. I am very much looking forward to getting to know the team better and meeting their clients".
Ellie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and she joins Sherbornes from BPE Solicitors, where she started as a legal personal assistant, progressing first to become a paralegal and then a senior paralegal.
Before working for BPE, Ellie was a project manager with Steinhoff and a family engagement worker with the Prison Advice and Care Trust.
Ellie's role at Sherbornes will see her advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, as well as handling employment tribunal litigation.
