Shakes 2Go heading for Gloucester

Shakes 2Go will be bringing its milkshakes and smoothies to Gloucester.

The retailer, which has traded successfully in Cheltenham since 2009, will be opening up on Westgate Street.

William Matthews, from Bruton Knowles, which brokered the deal, said: "Shakes 2Go is aiming to make a splash in what has become a busy retail spot. The shop is across the road from Gloucester Cathedral, which has received a £6m refurbishment, while the popular Raging Bull shop is just across the road. There are also new student halls being built just around the corner so footfall will become even stronger in this location.

"Good occupiers are raising the profile of this corner of Gloucester's main shopping precinct."
