The Warren Food Trailer has extended its lease at the Five Valleys indoor market in Stroud.

One of the first traders to open within the market, they are now looking ahead to a busy Christmas period as they celebrate their third year at the centre.

First established in 2018 by Charlotte Warren, the food and drink trailer, which serves breakfast baps and all of the classic lunch time pick-me-ups, are also well-known for their hot drinks menu.

Delicious homemade cakes, quiches and soup using fresh, local ingredients where possible make them a popular hot spot with market goers.

Charlotte Warren said: "The business simply would not be possible without my team of staff and the support from my family and partner. I know everyone says it, but my parents will honestly go to the end of the earth for me.

"Without my partner's constant "fix it" skills, the trailer would have never progressed to where we are now.

"I have grown up working in the hospitality sector and by using all of my skills, as well as an incredible amount of market research, we are able to provide a menu that is affordable to everyone.

"We are well-known for our great coffee, supplied by Clifton Coffee, as well as our great customer service and five-star food hygiene rating which we've retained from the start."

Located in the market's seating area, the quirky trailer now employs seven members of staff who assist Charlotte with serving breakfast and lunches to the businesses growing customer base seven days a week.

Complementing The Warren is a further 20 local food producers and street food traders offering tastes from around the globe in a market hall modelled on London's Borough Market.

The Warren has managed to expand both their menu and their team on the back of growing demand which is wonderful to see."

Over the last five years Five Valleys Shopping Centre Stroud has undergone a major transformation, creating a thriving retail and leisure destination alongside a Borough Market style indoor market made up of an eclectic mix of local artisan traders.
